OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a procedure for the packaging of t-shirts, and which contemplates its compacting for its later commercialization, reducing the space and improving the presentation of the finished product.
The object of the invention is to provide a process that, in addition to the above-mentioned advantages and benefits, allows said packaging to be carried out in a significantly shorter time than with conventional installations. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Although there are numerous facilities and procedures for the packaging of T-shirts, all of them present a wide and varied problem, among which the following drawbacks can be highlighted:
• Excessive space of the finished product, with the consequent and negative impact at cost level in terms of transport and storage.
• A presentation of the product that can be improved.
• The processing time is really slow, which also has a negative impact on the cost level. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The procedure that is recommended resolves in a fully satisfactory way the problem previously exposed in each and every one of 105 aspects mentioned, by allowing a much faster packaging of shirts, with a better presentation and with a much more compact finish that minimizes the costs of transport and storage
To do this, the process starts from an installation in which an electric drive press and a shrink wrapping machine are used.
The press for the compaction of the shirts will start from a driving mold, based on two complementary pieces as male and female, of a very resistant material, in order to withstand the pressure exerted during the compaction process.
For its part, the shrink wrapping machine is intended to fix the compacted garment to some paper or cardboard, as will be described below, with a polypropylene film, with a built-in hood oven.
Well, from this machinery, and more specifically, in the process of the invention the following operational phases are established:
a) The shirt, printed in silkscreen, is inserted in the female part of a motor mold.
b) The male part of said mold is superimposed, which fits the previous one millimetrically.
c) The electric press is used to press the molds until a perfect compaction of the shirt is achieved.
d) Once the shirt is compacted, lithographed paper is added on the front and another on the back of the shirt, the paper form being the same as that of the newly compacted garment.
5 e) The t-shirt is subjected to a shrink wrapping process, obtaining a shrink-wrapped t-shirt between two lithographed papers according to the desired shape.
The result will be a totally new product for the advertising and promotion market, greatly facilitating its exit in the market, offering a product
10 hygienic and easy to handle with a minimum volumetry, and all this in a minimum time, being able to store a greater number of shirts for the same space, with the consequent and positive impact at the level of transport and storage that this implies.
